Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes — but with a note on natural variation.
Every product image is a photograph of the exact gemstone you will receive. However, because our turquoise is 100% natural and untreated, slight differences may appear depending on lighting, screen settings, or natural matrix patterns.
Each stone is one-of-a-kind. What you see in the photo is the exact stone we will ship to you.
Are your turquoise stones natural and untreated?
Yes, absolutely.
All turquoise gemstones in our collection are natural, untreated, and unenhanced — unless clearly marked as "Treated" on the product page (some prayer beads in our collection are treated for durability).
We source directly from the historic mines of Neyshabur and Damghan in Iran, and every stone is hand-selected for color, clarity, and character.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No — all sales are final.
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of natural gemstones and the risk of damage or substitution during transit, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after purchase.
Exceptions: If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review your case and offer a resolution.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website. If you don't receive tracking within 3–5 days of your order, please contact us and we'll follow up.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide.
We use trusted carriers with tracked delivery to ensure your gemstones arrive safely. Shipping times vary by destination.
Please note: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Will you restock items marked as "out of stock"?
Sometimes — but not always.
Because our turquoise stones are natural, one-of-a-kind pieces, once a specific stone is sold, it may never be available again in the exact same color, size, or pattern.
